Billing & CANCELLLATIONS

Payments Accepted

We currently accept cash, cheque or bank transfer for payment of services provided.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of AED50.

Cancellations made via our company website or emails to admin@ndlbuild.com within 48 hours prior to an appointment will be processed without penalty.

Should we arrive at your premises and not be able to access the premises, turned away, or the client is unavailable, the client will be liable to pay the full Call out fee.

If we are unable to keep an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
